How can the deals you offer be cheaper than anyone else?

I am currently on the o2 network and have completed a new quote on o2, can I have this deal?

There are two headers and columns on the comparison results page. The first in Pink details a price per month if you change networks, the second price in green is stay with your existing network. The price quoted for staying with your current network (upgrading) is subject to you being eligible for upgrade with your current network. You must supply a list of mobile numbers.

Can I upgrade my handset(s) during my contract?

If you have chosen a 24 month contract and are connected to the Vodafone or o2 network yes you can upgrade your handset at the midpoint of your contract. With Vodafone this is month 12 and o2 month 13. At present Orange and T-Mobile do not offer this facility but watch this space!

Can I keep my mobile numbers?

Of course. Simply contact your existing network for a PAC [Porting Authorisation Code]. Once you are in receipt of this please email it to pacs@tariffsupermarket.com.

How long before I am connected?

If you have chosen new numbers around 72 hours, subject to credit check. If you are porting your numbers, this could take longer, the time being dependant on you getting your PAC code. Typically 72/96 hours after we have received your PAC codes. If you are upgrading via tariffsupermarket.com the process can be as quick as 24 hours.
